SINY Laundromat is pleased to provide professional laundry services to you ("you” or the "customer"). By using our service you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
WASH AND FOLD LAUNDRY TERMS SUITABILITY FOR LAUNDERING/GARMENT CARE
By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process. SINY Laundromat is not liable for existing damage to garments.
We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we can't check your pockets to see if you have left anything in them. Therefore, we can't be held responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, chewing gum or pens) causes any damage.
Similarly, if you call and tell us that you left your favorite bracelet or anything else in your pocket we can't guarantee that we will find it.
All laundry processes no matter how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, beads coming loose, or seams coming undone.
In addition, zippers behave unpredictably while cleaning. Although zippers generally are not an issue, the customer should be aware that there is a possibility of zipper issues while following normal wash procedures, and SINY Laundromat does not accept any liabilities for such issues.
SINY Laundromat, due to time constraints, does not read manufacturer suggested care tags or washing and drying labels. SINY Laundromat is not responsible for any items labeled "HAND WASH ONLY, HANG DRY/DRY FLAT, DO NOT USE HEAT, DRY CLEAN ONLY,” or any other "special care” instructions. SINY Laundromat does not guarantee the removal of all stains or damage incurred to mattress covers.
SINY Laundromat follows standards and policies set forth by the “National Fair Claims Guide” from the International Fabricare Institute (Please see attachment)
PICK-UP & DELIVERY SERVICES
Pick-Up/Delivery will take place on a predetermined day and frequency, except on certain holidays and Sundays. SINY Laundromat reserve the right to determine Pick-Up/Delivery times and reschedule Pick-Up/Delivery times upon prior notice to its customers.
If you request that we leave your laundry unattended (e.g. on your porch, in a hallway, or in your foyer) or with a third-party (e.g. doorman or neighbor), we are not responsible for your laundry before we have picked it up or after we have dropped it off.
USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
SINY Laundromat reserves the right to use Cousins Cleaners, Boulevard Cleaners, and any other outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider for any service.
SINY Laundromat is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for any damage or loss due to the acts or omissions of its venders, third-party outsourcers, or service providers.
As our business changes we may want to modify some of the terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check back frequently to familiarize yourself with any changes.
We would love to be able to inventory every piece of laundry that you give us. Unfortunately, it is cost-prohibitive for us to do so. As a result we cannot be held responsible for any lost laundry. SINY Laundromat accepts all customer garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
Rest assured though - we carefully track your clothing. For instance, we tag all of our bundles with your name and phone number, and your clothes are never loose in our facility, unless they are inside a machine, on a folding table or in our laundry cart waiting to be folded.
In the rare instance that you do believe you are missing something from your laundry, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothing. Failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from the order. SINY Laundromat makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review any lost items on a case-by-case basis.
Any items determined to be lost by SINY Laundromat will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not access any of our online or offline services. Please feel free to use another laundromat.
